error opening document

Question

Using Windows 10...get an error message as follows;

'There was an eror opening this document. This file is already open or is in use

by another application."

The doc is not already open anywhere. What is the problem? What is a possible fix?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to open the PDF file and getting the above error

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to open the PDF file? Are you trying to open the file in a Web breowser?

Please try to doenload the file locally to your computer and then try to open with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC
