Error reading license expired

Thanks for reporting the issue here.

If the subscripion is active and not working, please uninstall and clean all files of Acrobat and then re-install the same.

The issue should be resolved.

We are sorry for the toruble. As described you are not able to use the application and getting the error 'license has either expired or not been activated'

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

Would you mind sharing the workflow or steps you are doing that leads you to this error message?  This error usually occures when you try to create the PDF using Adobe PDF Printer or the Convert to Adobe PDF (PDFMaker function) feature from various applications.
