Error Report- when typing typing Chinese characters

Hello!

We have a user receive the following error report details...when key in Chinese characters (edit) into a any pdf file  (all are good when key in English) by Adobe Acorbat ..

Just wonder if someone can help us out, please!

I see that your Acrobat version is 23.006.20360, which is also mine. Unfortunately, my OS is English, so I won't be able to test your issue, but there may be others out, who have a Hon Kong Chinese language Windows.
