Error: This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license

Question

Goodmorning,
I have a user receiving the following error message 
 
This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license
 
The user is trying to make 1 pdf document from 2 pdf files so he is not doing anything Strange
 
How can i troubleshoot this problem?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know the Adobe subscription the user is using. Share the screenshot of the message the user received.

Also, the error appears when the user is using the desktop application or the Acrobat Online account.

Share the email address of the user in the private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
