Error when combining PDFs

Receive "Raise without Handler" error when combining PDFs only happens first time when tried but after trying second time it works. Already reinstalled Adobe Pro and tried multiple fixes on forum but issue still persists

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?

Also, which fixes did you try? So we don't suggest them again....

It is the most up to date version of Adobe Pro through Creative Cloud. Attempted reinstallation, accepting EULA(mentioned on forums). Issue only occurs when first trying to combine PDFS (Raise event handler error) but after closing error and trying again it is functional. Looking to see if there is a way to stop that error from appearing.
