Keep getting this message when correcting scanned files.

What tool of Acrobat does you use?

We use the canon scanner to scan the files to create a pdf using Capture Perfect, while replacing pages that need fixed in Caputre Perfect it gives the error code. We only started to have this problem about 2 months ago. This is random error not happening on every file. Nothing has changed on the software or changed how we correct the pages we have been doing it this way for years.

Hi,

In which operating system and Acrobat versions is this ocurring?

Also, is this happening with only one PDF document or every PDF document?

Does the same problem occurs if you try and test the scanning of the same PDF file with another computer?

Operating system is Windows 7, Abode Acrobat DC and it varies on when it happens. There has been multiple different PDF files it is throwing the error code.
