Error when trying to end trial subscription

I just tried to end my trial subscription but the system tells me "Daten konnten nicht geladen werden. Fehler. Versuche es erneut." (engl.: "Data couldn't be loaded. Error. Try again." Cleared my cache, tried different brosers and different computers. Any ideas?
