Error When Trying to Upload PDFs to Cloud

Hello,

When I try to upload a PDF to the Acrobat Cloud, I get the popup message "An error occurred while trying to access the service." This started two days ago; I usually have no issues with it and upload several PDFs per day. Curiously, I am still able to access my Cloud files and save them to my computer, but not vice versa. I am also able to upload to the Cloud from the Acrobat web app when signed in to my account, although that is far from ideal. There are no security limitations with these files, and the problem isn't restricted to certain files, so it must be a bug with the Acrobat desktop app itself. Updating Acrobat and restarting my computer didn't help. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you.

UPDATE: I've found that I am also able to add PDFs to my Document Cloud storage in Acrobat by uploading them through the Creative Cloud app. This makes no sense whatsoever -- how can I upload to the cloud through one app but not another? I also discovered that Creative Cloud Synced Files is being discontinued on Feb. 1st, but from what I can tell this shouldn't affect me.

Did you try uploading from a different network, like home vs work vs cell phone? Or changing the computer. Uploading from a workmate's computer?

It seems the problem is only on my computer. I can't test on separate networks, since this is my work computer (and thus restricted to my office's wired network), but I am able to upload PDFs from the Acrobat app on my iPad on my work's WiFi, so it must not be an issue with my Adobe account.
