Error while printing with AdobePDF printer

I'm not able to print pdf document with AdobePDF printer. I recive the following error:

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
%%[Page: 1]%%
%%[Page: 2]%%
%%[Page: 3]%%
%%[Page: 4]%%
%%[ Error: undefined; OffendingCommand: Adob ]%%
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

We try difference approach with my collegues but they aren't able to solve the issue.

From what program are you attempting to make a PDF?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the above error when trying to print to Adobe PDF

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the files? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC and the OS you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20091 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, check if the document is password protected or not.
