"Error while reading the stream" on network share - how to fix?

Hi there,

We have an issue ongoing with our Adobe Acrobat latest version. Some users around the network get very often the message "error while reading the stream". After that, all opened documents start to throw these errors. Is there anyone who has an idea what could be the issue?

Hi Dwittec

We are sorry for the trouble. Please check your network policy. It looks like the network policy is getting refreshed and disconnecting the shared folder serving the file.
