Why are you distilling a PDF form?

In any case you should install the Calibri font on your computer.

Hi Mike,

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the above error when you try to create PDF

Would you mind sharing steps you are doing to create the PDF?

If you are using Adobe Printer to create the PDF, please look at the steps provided in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/error-pdf-printer-failed-to.html and see if that works for you.

Also, Adobe Acrobat 9 is an old and EOL application. End of Support means that Adobe no longer provides technical support or distribute runtimes. This policy affects product and security updates for all derivatives of a product or product version. For more information about EOL please check the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-support-acrobat-8-reader.html
