Esign not working

I'm trying to send out a document for esign but it just hangs after I have added the recipient and clicked on the specify where to sign button. It doesn't go back to the document to and I have to force quit the application. 

I can't get further than this screen

this will help us debug the issue further.

    Hi @Paddy26801713nu61 , were you able to workaround this issue? If you are still facing this then can you please run a repair of the installation. The option to repair the installation is under 'Menu'->'Help'->'Repair Installation'. You can also try to sign-out and sign-in into the application again.
