eSignature form fields blacked out

All of of a sudden on 1/9 the form fields on my esignature documents were completely blacked out. I hadn't made any changes to the templates I had been using for months. I am using the web version to send esignature requests becuase it's the most up to date and least amount of steps involved. I chatted with Adobe help, but to no avail.

 

When I went back to the old version, the form fields are just fine. 

 

Also, the form fields are blacked out when I view the completed document in Adobe as well, it's not just a printing error. 

 

Any tips on how I can fix this, other than just using the old version?

I think some compatibility problems caused these issues. Sometimes, this kind of issue arises due to the updates in the Adobe web version. To fix this problem, you need to clear your browser caches or go to the template settings and apply color to the form fields.

Thanks for the tips. No luck with clearing the cache. And the form fields on the template doesn't give me an option to change the color on all of the form fields in the template.
