Esignature/sign and bulk send missing from tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020

The E-sign and bulk send are missing from tools. I already tried repair and searched the forum. Is my version not compatible or how can I fix this?

    The option to send the document for signature in bulk is not available in Acrobat 2020. For more information about the application functionality please check the help page https://adobe.ly/3vwjuVE
