Please need help urgently!!

I pay monthly but I can't manage the pdf now because it says I'm using the free version.

Even though I'm logged in, I can't use!!

Have you tried to logout-log back in, check your account's status from Adobe Account

last, you will need to contact the sales team in your region (phone number at the bottom of Creative Cloud pricing and membership plans | Adobe Creative Cloud)
