Event error 11305 - ReadOutLoud.api / drvDX9.x3d - System error 64 - No access from different VLAN

Hello,

I have the problem when I want to access the following files on the Adobe installation share from a different VLAN:

program files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\plug_ins\ReadOutLoud.api

program files\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\plug_ins3d\drvDX9.x3d

The installation via GPO fails (Event 11305 -System error 64) and I have no access to the two files when I access the share via File Explorer.
