Is it possible to add a ‘on open doc’ event listener at the application level?
And where should I save the script file in macOS Sequoia?
Not necessarily. It's just that most of the experts who used to frequent these forums are gone now…
It might be possible, but it will require the development of a custom-made script or plugin. There's no built-in command in Acrobat that you can easily use for it.
