Question

Everytime I wanna open Acrobat DC Pro I get this message:

we cannot check your membership status

We can't reach the adobe-servers. It only accures with Acrobat DC not with After Effects or any other application.


I got a screenshot of the error: (It's in Dutch tho)

 

 

 

We restarted the computer, checked connection, Deleted Acrobat DC and reïnstalled. Don't know what to do.

We're sorry for the trouble you had. We’ve received reports of users experiencing licensing issues.

 

Please sign out from Acrobat, restart the machine, launch Acrobat and sign back in and check.
