Everytime In “Organize Page”, it keeps auto scrolling or JUMPING back to the First Page. I’ve done multiple work arounds or fixtures and even UPDATES. I have multiple User(s) affected in our area.

Confirm Page Display settings: The Organize Pages thumbnail behavior is influenced by your default page layout. Ensure it isn't forcing a snap-back:

Menu > Preferences > Page Display > set Page Layout to Single Page Continuous or Automatic. Also, check Preferences > Accessibility > if "Always use Page Layout Style" is enabled, set it to Single Page Continuous.

Yes its happening upon all PDF’s not jsut 1 or a few particular PDF files.

The auto-scroll / "jumps back to first page" behavior in Organize Pages is most often tied to a corrupted user cache, a stale preferences file, or an out-of-date build. Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: Version: 26.001.21529. Planned update, May 01, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

Is it happening with all the PDFs, or is it with a specific PDF? What is the version of the operating system installed? If the issue continues, can you please record the workflow and share it with us?
