Exceeded page limit Issue

Attempting to send out a document for e-signatures and getting pop up saying "Exceeded page limit. This document cannot be sent out for e-signature because it exceeds the page limit for your license."

My document is only one page. Nothing on these forums is providing a solution and it appears impossible to speak to a human at Adobe for help.

Are you using an e-signature service such as Adobe Sign? I don't think it is the PDF page count--it is the number of pages using your e-signature service. I _think_ there is a 100 page with an Acrobat Pro subscription for the entire year of the subscripton (but I'm not sure of the page total).
