Excel desktop hyperlink to sharepoint adobe - 404 error

Hi there,

I am wanting to keep track of my invoices in an excel file. I want to link to the invoice in the excel file or easy accessibility. I hyperlink it using CTRL+K then entering the sharepoint link for the abode file. Then when I test the link it works - however when I go back to the link even a day later - it no longer works.

What am I doing wrong?

@jenna_9178 the link, does it have the https:// — make sure it's a direct link not to the computer. For example:
https://company.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance/Shared/Documents/Invoices/2026/Inv_101.pdf

It’s just a standard web address. As long as the file stays in that folder and has the same name, the link will never expire.

It doesn't, I will try that. However, when I type in company.sharepoint.com into my browser that works for picking up the website...so I had an idea that could be the issue.

So yes it does have the http:// on all the links...
