Excel Hyperlink to open Sharepoint Stored PDF using Adobe Document Cloud
Hi,
We use Microsoft Excel (desktop version) but our files are stored within SharePoint, note, we have to use the desktop version of excel due to the limitation of the online excel. Any changes sync back up to SharePoint via OneDrive software.
We link supporting documents (PDF files) to this excel document. The PDF files are stored in the same location on SharePoint.
I can open these files directly on SharePoint using the new Adobe Document Cloud program and edit/highlight/annotate as needed. but....
When clicking on the hyperlink from within the Desktop Microsoft Excel file - it opens on the default Chrome browser PDF tool rather than opening it from within Adobe Document Cloud so we can have the ability to edit etc.
Is there a way to direct excel to open these hyperlinks via SharePoint Adobe Document Cloud?
