Question

Exhibit Stamps on Adobe Acrobat

Not a question, but a solution! Here is how you add exhibit stamps to Adobe PDFs:

  1. Save the attached PDF document to your desktop.
  2. Go to File Explorer (File folder icon)
  3. Click on “This PC”
  4. Click on “Local Disk (C):”
  5. Click on the “Users” folder
  6. Click on your name file
  7. Go to the bar at the very top (should look something like “This PC>Local Disk (C:)> [your name file]>” and type “\appdata”. All lowercase, no spaces, and press enter
  8. Click on Roaming>Adobe>Acrobat>DC>Stamps
  9. Drag and Drop the attached PDF into the Stamps folder
  10. Exit out of the File Explorer app and open a PDF.
  11. Once the PDF is open, go to Tools>Add a Stamp>Stamp>Exhibit Stamp.
  12. Pick whichever stamp you like, drag and drop it wherever you want on the document, and once it is in place, you have the option to put whatever numbers/letters you want for the stamp number

Thank you for sharing this nearly 20 years old document with us.
I’m not sure whether robert_janzen is still in post. If so, he might not appreciate you posting his email address on a public forum.
