Expand slide size when printing 2x2 (leaving less white space in middle)

I'm trying to print 2x2 (front and back) on a page, but when I look at the print preview, it appears that there will be a lot of white space left in the middle ... how can I reduce this to maximize the amount of detail that can be seen in each slide? Additionally, is there a way to have a watermark/header on each printed page, but not each pdf page. In essence, if I print out a page, it'll have 4 slides (2x2) on it but I want something to be printed on the sheet of paper outside of those slides, is that possible?

  • The white space is accordingly of your page size.
  • There is no print option for a watermark. A workaround would be to print to Adobe PDF and then “watermark” that file. This works not on MacOS, however, because Apple imposed limitations. Also: creating a Pdf from a PDF is not recommended or supported by Adobe. But you could give it a try.
