Expand view of pdf search results?

Is there a way to show the text to the left of the search results when using the advance search feature in a pdf (using Adobe Acrobat X Pro)? The regular view shows the text that comes after the search result, but I would like to see some of the text that comes before it (without having to click on each search result).

Thanks for any help you can give!
