Export Bookmark Names

I deal with large PDF files that have numerous bookmarks. I have to make additional lists from the bookmark name (check off list), but all I need is the bookmark name. When I export these to excel it doesn't show the bookmark name. Is there a way to just get a list from within the PDF of the bookmark names? Copy/paste, perhaps? It's not in the properties, I've looked. It's time consuming to have to retype these when there are 50+.
