Export Error while trying to access the service!

Hi All - I am used to converting PDF documents to word, usually with complete success.

Today however, I keep getting the message 'An error occurred while trying o access the service' - has anyone else found this and if so, is there a solution?

Hi russellc76697895,

Please try once to sign out from application and relaunch it.

Then sign-in again and try to export PDF. Check if it works.

Also try to export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
