Export form as an image - No text shown

Hi all,

I created a PDF form with tools in Acrobat. I just add a text area to be fill.

Filling is OK but when exporting as a jpeg, the background is show but not the fill text. As a png it will show.

On my phone, jpeg or png not shown at all.

I don't understand 😞

Have you any idea?
