Export measures to Excel

Randomly the quantities exported into Excel from measuring tool are about 10,000,000 times larger than the figures stated on the PDF when measured.

Working on area measurements to estimate landscaping costs.

Example - PDF measure states 1421.72m2, when converted to Excel it becomes 1,421,574,263.46  Which isnt exactly a multiplication of 1,000,000.

What is going on please?
