Hi guys,

Quick question. I have about 25 PDF files that I need to convert to Word for layout purposes. PDF contains text, images, coloured blocks the whole 9 yards. I have to do this almost daily with different contents every time.

I have tried to make 1 document (binder) of the 25 PDF files but it doesnt work to export some files are 8mb large if i combine them into 1,

so I am looking for an automator script or VBA or something in Acrobat Pro (full version) to do this.

Work on iMac with, Mojave installed. Dont wanna go to the next version until properly tested. Word is latest verson on Office365.

Thanks for your help.

Hi there

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you want to automate the export function in Acrobat DC to export the PDF to Word files

You may try using the Action Wizard Tool to  create such action. You can access and manage the actions by clicking Tools > Action Wizard.

For more detailed information please use the steps provided in the help article here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/action-wizard-acrobat-pro.html)

Let us know if that works for you.

Regards

Awesome Amal, that works for me.

I just found this https://acrobatusers.com/actions-exchange?trackingid=JZXYQ

so you can download that piece of coding and import it in Adobe.

Thanks again saves me a lot of time every day
