Export PDF function missing from Reader DC

Question

I'm using Reader DC and have purchased Adobe Export PDF, however the export funation does not appear in window on right. I'm logged in and at the bottom of the right window there is a note stating "your current plan is Adobe Export PDF" however no function to select..please help

You may want to upload the PDF file directly to the ExportPDF service. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​ and log in with your Adobe ID. You can then click on the "Select PDF Files to Export" button ​and upload your PDF file. Once finished, you can then download the resulting Word or Excel file.
