Export PDF not giving any Save As options

Is it possible that you have launched Redader instead of Acrobat Pro?  The two programs are desingned to look so much alike, and it's not hard to launch Reader (either by a mistaken click or something changing your OS's default PDF viewer... it's happend to me) and not realize it's not Acrobat Pro until you notice that features are missing.  Just a thought.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described,  you have no options in the Save as pop up..... nor can you go to File and export/edit there. 

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF? A small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very halpful to better understand the issue.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC application you are using? To Check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed.  Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
