Export PDF to multiple folders at once

Does anyone know how to best export a pdf to multiple different folders at once? I send out fund summaries for investors and usually export a pdf once and then manually copy the same document into each folder - but was curious if there is a better way to go about this without so much copying? Any advice is appreciated.
