Export Preflight Fixup to use it for an old version. AND create a new Fixup inside the old version

Hi,

This a preflight fixup that I want to export in order to use with an earlier version of Acrobat.

 

 

I tried the regular export option, but when I tried to import it inside the older version it was not recognized and I got this error:

    "Scale Pages" is not available in old versions of Acrobat Pro. It uses internal functions of Acrobat DC Pro.

      If I want to make a custom profile in Preflight for Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.23 that will do the same result, do there is a tweak I may do to achieve that result? I mean creating a Preflight profile in XI Pro with certain settings.

       

       

      I mean to create one from scratch or duplicate an existing one and edit it to match the one I want.
