Export Text From PDF having extra content

Hello,

We are using Adobe DC to save PDF content as plain text.

Using this option, it gives some extra information from Image which present as signature part in PDF file.

This is executed part of extracted text,

below is snap shot for image inside pdf,

Can any have idea , if there any way to exclude image related reference expoer while save PDF as text.
