Question

Export to PDF is not working, I don't want to sign up for the premium plan

I have a current subscription of Adobe Acrobat Export PDF which meets all of my limited needs.  My subscription expires in April 2026. I absolutely do not need the extra features (or extra costs) of the Acrobat Pro currently being rolled out with the 7-day free trial period.  There is no reason for me to even start the free 7-day trial of Acrobat Pro.  The problem is my current Acrobat Export PDF is now totally non-functional.  The program will not open documents or preform any other functions.  The screen prompts are FORCING me to 1) either start the free trial period of Acrobat Pro or 2) quit the Adobe session without going any further.  HELP please.  How can I continue to use my current (fully paid-for) Acrobat Export PDF application without signing up for the Acrobat Pro 7-day free trial.  Thank you.

Same problem here. Already have acrobat premium on my old computer + both phones. Now you want me to subscribe again for 3X as much annually to use it on my new computer!!! Is there an older version i can download that won't require a re-subscription for an excessive amount?

Chuck, I don't see an active subscription for Export to PDF under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please start a separate discussion or wait until Stephen has responded with what is blocking them from using the Export to PDF service.

The Export to PDF services does not require the use of Acrobat, if you are curious to learn more about the service then see https://adobe.ly/3XbuGRO. ^JW

Stephen, I am sorry you are unable to access your active subscription for Export to PDF. What problems are you encountering while trying to use your active service? Which web browser are you using to begin the PDF creation process? Do you receive any specific error messages?

Please see https://adobe.ly/4hBPT0E for information on how to access the services included with your subscription. ^JW
