Exporting comments to a single page in Acrobat Pro 2017

Question

Is it possible to export comments to a single page in Acrobat Pro 2017 instead of having separate summary pages for each page of original content?

And, is it possible to show/hide the exported fields like subject, author, date, etc . . . ?

It can be done if the summary is created using a script, yes.

For example, I've developed a (paid-for) tool that creates a more concise report of the comments in the file, and it can be customized to include (or not include) any of the values you mentioned. You can find it here: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat - Create Comments Summary (TXT/PDF)
