Exporting jpegs from a pdf - defining dimensions

Hi,

I've a pdf and I need to export the pages as individual jpegs.

When I export the pages I cannot set the dimensions of the pages.

It also exports the jpegs at different sizes despite all coming from the same pdf.

When I open a page in photoshop the size is twice that of the acrobat export.

Is there a way of setting the jpeg dimensions when exporting a batch from acrobat?

Cheers,

Antony

ps. Needless to say it used to work fine before the software was turned into a child's toy 🙂

You can't set the image sizes explicitly, but you can change the resolution

used for them, under Edit - Preferences - Convert From PDF - JPEG.

And the fact that you have multiple sizes in the same PDF file is not

surprising. There's no guarantee that all pages in a PDF will have the same

size, especially not if they were created from different formats or using

different settings.

It's okay I'm using other software now

It's also worth noting that it used to work fine in the old acrobat.

Note: all pages are created from scanned A4 pages hence they will be exactly the same size.

Adobe really need to sort their act out with acrobat. It's pretty terrible now and most people I speak to in industry agree.
