Exporting to Word without reconising text.

I have almost 200 pdf files with watermark that I want to export to word. I have tried converting the entire files with the help of action wizard. However when I converted to Word, most of the characters have been distorted because of OCR. Can I export 200 pdf files (automatically& together) without recognising text?

I suppose you have a scanned file as PDF. Without OCR you can't save as Word or RTF document with text. It is only an image.
