Hi. I'm very new to acrobat. I have word documents with drop downs. I would like to convert this word document to PDF and retain drop downs.

Do I need to create PDF forms with drop down from scratch or can I export from word?

If I have to create from scratch, how can i enter multiple values in drop downs (Some of the drop downs have more than 100 options to choose). I wouldnt want to type each value seperately. Is there a shortcut to copy nad paste all values to drop down?

You have to create them from scratch.

You can import multiple items into a drop-down using a script. For example, you can use this (paid-for) tool I've developed to import values into one (or more) drop-down fields from a simple text file: http://try67.blogspot.com/2009/11/acrobat-import-text-file-to-drop-down.html
