Extract opens two popup windows asking the same question

When I do an extract in Adobe Pro, I get two popup windows that open asking if I want to delete the document or keep it? Is there a way to stop one of the windows from opening. As soon as I click on the box to delete the document the second box disappears. Is there a preference I can set to always delete on an extract?

I have the same issue. When trying to work with the newer looking UI dialog, nothing happens. How do I disable this "feature"?
