Extract options not showing

I am trying to extract some pages but when I click on extract it does not show any options

Are you using Adobe Reader? I believe that tool is not available.

No I'm using Adobe Acrobat

Ok, check for updates under the help menu. I assume your pdf has multiple pages. Do you see the options when you open a different pdf?
