Extract Pages not working

I tried for hour to extract pages 44-67 from a PDF and i got a file with pages in disdorder and pages missing.....What's wrong? Thanks

Basically, you tell us that your car is making a noise and you ask us, what is wrong.

Please describe more completly what you are doing how on which system, with witch Acrobat version. Testing with dummy files could get you nearer to a solution.
