Extract specific data from PDF to Excel

Is it possible to extract specific data that is highlighted within Acrobat Standard DC, instead of the exporting the entire PDF document to Excel?

Try opening the pdf file in Acrobat > right-click > choose Select Tool

Select the data you want to extract > export selection as > choose .excel on the save as type window.
