Extracting single sentences from Adobe pdf in Adobe Acrobat

Hello Adobe community,

I'm a newcomer so please bear with me. I would like Adobe Acrobat to do the following, through AI:

01. Remove line numbers;

02 Split pdfs into single sentences, separated by white lines;
03. Remove reference information in the text, eg, "(Author_01, 2025)" or "Author_02 (2025)";
04. Put all into a text file;

Is this possible using any Adobe plan? If so, which plan do I need? How do I program this query?
