Extracting single sheets form a set of pdfs

I have Acrobat Pro DC installed on my Laptop. When I open a set of pdfs (multiple pages) I have a problem with extracting a single page. Consistently it will only allow me to extract a range of images not a single sheet.

How do I get this resolved?
