Whenever I try to copy, cut, move, paste or rename the PDF file in Windows 10 Pro, the computer will take very long to process. I am talking about small file sizes like 150kb and maximum 3mb. This is reflected in:Frozen window,A prompt dialogue that is going to show the read/write speed later on but will just get stuck in the phase of "calculating time required"The computer fan will run like crazy until the copy/paste/rename process has started or completed. Are there some setting that I can twist and configure so that the PDF handling can behave normally? Please note the actual copy/paste speed has no issue once the copy/paste process started. It is just that the computer gets stuck in the PRE - copy/paste processes. I have searched through the internet but could not find someone experiencing the similar issue. People mainly experience slow read/write speed while copying. This is so frustrating and please advise if you have any idea/solution for this. Many thanks.

we are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response.

As described the application is freezing op opening, What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version please go to Help > Check for Updates
Make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights and try using the application there and check.

I have installed the latest version.

I have tested with another administrative account.

The issue still exists.

Do you have any other ideas?
