Failed text search on Adobe Acrobat

I'm having a problem searching for text through Adobe on my desktop device. I edited a pdf on other software and I can't search for words correctly. It doesn't give me any results or it gives me the wrong results. 

The problem does not occur on mobile devices. 

I've already tried doing updates, clearing caches, and changing search/security preferences. 

The problem persists. I urgently need to solve the problem.
