Please share the link to the video or let us know what happens when you try login to Acrobat application.

Share the Acrobat and OS version you are using.

I cannot use the Acrobat DC. It requests me to login repeatedly and cannot open the Acrobat. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat but in vain. 

 

I am using Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. I use the Adobe subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps.

Hi Tony,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

Please try installing the standalone verison of the Acrobat DC.

Run the cleaner tool (https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html) and reboot your machine. 

Then install Acrobat DC from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Check if that helps.
