Correct answer AnandSri

Hello!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Could you please share more details about the issue you are experiencing with the Acrobat app? Is the Adobe Acrobat logo not displaying correctly in a PDF document? Could you please share a screenshot?

If the logo does not display correctly in the document, ensure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates and install any available updates. Then, restart the machine. Verify that the image file path for the logo is correct and accessible. Ensure the logo file is stored in a location that Acrobat can access. Try removing and reinserting the logo in the document. Go to All Tools > Edit PDF > Add Image and select the logo file again.

Ensure that your system's display settings are correctly configured. High DPI settings or scaling can sometimes cause display issues in applications.

If you are on a Windows machine, try repairing the installation files of Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair installation, reboot the machine and check.

If you have a different issue, please share more details, we're here to help.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hi @Sheilafusca74mrms

We apologize for the issue you experienced. Could you please provide more details about the problem? Is the logo not appearing correctly in the file or as the app icon on the Desktop? If possible, share a screenshot and the version of Acrobat you have installed: https://adobe.ly/3RpHFg1
